Web Design & Development
Web design and development for organizations across Canada
First site or full rebuild, we design sites that keep working long after launch.
OUR CLIENTS
Over 400 websites built across Canada
From RUISSS and the Western Quebec School Board to Moisson Laurentides, we’ve worked with universities, non-profits, clinics, factories, shops, engineering and law firms, online retailers, and more. Some are small local businesses, others national and international organizations.
Why a beautiful website doesn't always deliver results
A website can look great without generating results. Visitors arrive, then leave without taking the action you expected.
Everything starts from a clear goal. We define it, then design the site around it.
A decade of building websites. Here’s what that looks like.

THE PROCESS
How web projects work with us
You see what we are building before it becomes expensive to change.
Step 1
Discovery & Strategy
We look at your goals and what already works, then turn it into a clear plan.
Step 2
Design & Build
You approve the mockups before we develop. Then we deliver a site your team can run without calling us.
Step 3
Launch & Support
We test the website and train your team before its launch. Then, we stay on for support.

WHY APONIA
Why teams choose us

We start with what actually matters
Every page has a goal: sell, book, explain, reassure, recruit, take donations, accept applications. We design around the action that matters.

You keep control of everything
It's your website, not ours. We even show you how to add content yourself, so you never depend on our team.

Built to last
Websites with clean code and no excessive plugins. Built so the next update does not turn into a rescue mission.

Clear communication
You get direct answers and practical guidance without the marketing agency theatre.

One team, fewer loose ends
Website, marketing, automations, integrations, maintenance. You don't have to translate the same project to five vendors.

A rare expertise in accessibility
Every website can be built with WCAG standards in mind. We also developed solutions for the deaf-blind community, giving us practical experience most agencies don't have.
Industries
We know your world
A clinic, a manufacturer, a foundation, and a school board don’t need the same website. The structure, language, privacy concerns, accessibility expectations, and calls to action change.
Manufacturing & Industrial

Areas we serve
We work with businesses and organizations throughout Quebec, Ontario, and elsewhere in Canada. Most of our projects are conducted entirely remotely via video conferencing, from the initial call through to launch, but there’s always the option to meet in person! Our agency was founded in the Outaouais region: check out our website design page in Gatineau to see what we do in the area. Since then, our team has expanded throughout Quebec, with members in Quebec City, Rivière-du-Loup, Longueuil, and Chambly, and clients in Montreal, Ottawa, Laval, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Blainville, La Prairie, and beyond. Chances are, someone on our team is already familiar with your area.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you protect our SEO during a redesign?
Yes. We review current pages, metadata, redirects, analytics, and content that already performs before rebuilding. A redesign shouldn’t wipe out years of search visibility.
Do you build bilingual websites?
Yes. More than half of our websites are built in English and French with appropriate SEO settings for each language. We have also built websites in Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic.
Can you help with Law 25 and privacy?
Yes. For Québec organizations, we can help with the website side: forms, consent flows, cookie tools, privacy-page structure, hosting choices, and data-handling basics. Legal compliance should still be reviewed by your lawyer.
How long does a project take?
Typically 6 to 10 weeks. Complex builds can run longer. We give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Everything we do for you is yours. No lock-in.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Your website can be hosted on our own infrastructure in a Canadian datacenter, with a free SSL certificate, twice daily backups, continuous monitoring, and server-side security.
You can also use the host of your choice.
What happens after a project is delivered?
We stay available for anything you may need after launch, like adding content or doing updates. We also give you a free training session at launch, so your team can handle those changes themselves if you prefer.
Can you do digital marketing?
Yes. Many clients continue with SEO or Google Ads after launch, with the same team already familiar with the project.
Who do you usually work with?
Half of our clients are organizations: non-profits, foundations, associations, public-sector groups, health teams, schools, and community services.
The other half are private companies that need a website for leads, sales, recruitment, or operations.
